My name is Will. I have been 24 years (but not going on) in depending on others to prepare meals for me. This is my attempt to remedy those 24 years, or something less, since I really can’t blame myself for not cooking a meal while I was a child.
Anyway, why now? I suppose I’m sick of the Davis cuisine. Although the food here screams, “I’m FRESH because I’m near an agricultural school,” it lacks variety. I’m also tired of spending loads of money on food that I could EASILY… make on my own. I mean how hard could it be?
So, I’ve joined forces with two best friends, in, what I’m sure to be, a painless adventure into the cooking world… I expect we’ll be making world-class food in about a week or so.

Too bad I haven’t a dollar to my name! Well, not enough to eat out everyday. Also, I’m a bit tired of the junk food I’ve been gorging on. So how do I reprieve myself of these woes? Yeah, you guessed it….
Just the Tri-tip! This blog will chronicle our growth in the kitchen as we try to better our cooking and preparation skills. I am honestly looking forward to our progression, and I hope that some of you will be inspired enough to don the apron yourselves.
